Preparation
Use a large pot to ensure enough room for water and pasta, as pasta triples in size when cooked.
(1 litre of water for 100g pasta)
- Add salt to boiling water.
- Add pasta once the water reaches boiling point.
- Cook uncovered for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Blanch with cold water, strain, and serve with your favourite sauce.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep opened pack in an airtight container.
